Our Ice Experiment

We decided to see what would happen to our ice man when we left him in the classroom.  Listen to what happened.

Do you think we could put our ice man somewhere else to make him melt faster?

    1. I think that sounds like a great idea Tayla, as the sun would warm the ice man up.

  2. It sounds like you had lots of fun in the snow and investigating ice.
We think the ice melted because it got warmer. It used to be a solid but turned into a liquid because the particles now move more freely.

    1. Wow Modigliani Class, thank you for giving us some more information about why the ice melted. Some of us were very surprised when we put water in the freezer in the morning and took it out in the afternoon and it had changed into ice. Can you explain that to us?
